Rhonda Henshaw is a violist with the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra, where she has played since 2002. She holds an Artist Diploma from the Vancouver Academy for Music, studying with Gerald Stanick, and a Bachelors of Music with from the University of Calgary, with Chris Sandvoss. Her studies have also taken her to the Banff Centre for Music under the tutelage of Karen Tuttle as well as Asian and European tours with the Jeunesses Musicales World Orchestra.
Besides orchestral playing, Rhonda is an active freelance and chamber musician. Since 2010, Rhonda has been a member of the Onyx String Quartet and is also the violist in Kent Sangster's Obsessions Octet and Obsessions String Quartet..
